Chef’s own fresh mushrooms coated in breadcrumbs, served with a garlic and dill sauce

Traditional Greek lamb keftethes (meatballs) with a mint and yoghurt sauce

Christmas roast turkey with cipolades, sausage & bacon wraps, with a sage and chestnut stuffing

Vegetable paella with roasted peppers and croutons

Kleftico, Lamb shank slow cookedin red wine, spices and herbs

Salmon steak served with new potatoestopped with a sweet prawn sauce
